En plus d'\u00eatre divertissant, ce type d'activit\u00e9 est un excellent moyen de comprendre comment chaque individu communique et interpr\u00e8te l'information.<\/p><p>Le \u00ab dessin \u00e0 l'aveugle \u00bb consiste \u00e0 diviser les participants en \u00e9quipes de deux et \u00e0 donner une image \u00e0 l'un, un crayon et une feuille de papier \u00e0 l'autre. Celui qui a l'image doit la d\u00e9crire pour que son co\u00e9quipier puisse la dessiner. Seul le vocabulaire li\u00e9 \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et aux termes spatiaux peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour guider la personne qui dessine. Les deux collaborateurs ne doivent en aucun cas se montrer mutuellement les images. \u00c0 la fin du temps imparti, chaque \u00e9quipe peut d\u00e9voiler son r\u00e9sultat.<\/p><p>Cette initiation constitue une excellente occasion de d\u00e9velopper l'interpr\u00e9tation et la communication et permet de diagnostiquer les lacunes et d'offrir des conseils, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
