We’re thrilled to share the highlights from our recent “Award in Vocational Train the Trainer” course held in Amman, Jordan 🇯🇴 from February 18-22, 2024! The course was delivered to diverse representatives from various Jordanian ministries.
1️⃣ Our sessions prioritised active learning methodologies, ensuring participants were fully engaged in the learning process. Through group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and practical exercises.
2️⃣ The Training Institute on Migration Capacity Partnership for the Mediterranean‘s Trainers fostered an environment conducive to collaboration, encouraging participants to share insights, ask questions, and exchange experiences.
3️⃣ Our participants’ proactive involvement in discussions and activities demonstrated a genuine eagerness to enhance their training skills and professional development.
