The three-day training programme provides a foundational understanding of gender as a key dimension of migration through seven thematic sessions combining presentations, discussions, and case studies. It equips participants with the knowledge and tools to address the gendered dimensions of migration, with a particular focus on the rights and experiences of migrants with diverse Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC), supporting inclusive and rights-based migration policies and practices.
