About Course

The course aims to equip learners with essential knowledge and practical skills to better manage stress as a life skill. The training course will be presented in an interactive way using a variety of exercises, examples, and self-assessments. Learners are encouraged to ask questions and participate in group discussions to consolidate their learning and try out some of the skills in real time.
Learners will have the opportunity to explore practical techniques aimed at improving their comprehension and management of stress in fast-moving, contemporary settings during the course.

Attendance:
A full mark implies uninterrupted attendance through the full course of studies.

Weight: 5 points

Formative Assessment:
Formative assessment techniques will encompass both individual and group-based approaches. Learners will be expected to participate throughout the duration of the course in group discussions, Q&A sessions, practical exercises, small group work and plenary wrap-ups.

Weight: 35 points

Final examination:
The final examination was developed specifically for the Stress Management Essentials course and includes two sections:

Section 1: Multiple choice answer questions (10 questions)
Section 2: Brief written responses – free narrative text (10 questions)

Candidates will be required to answer all sections. The examination aims to test learners’ theoretical knowledge only.
