This fully online award programme is a digitally enhanced version of an accredited face-to-face course, combining self-paced (asynchronous) learning with live (synchronous) sessions through a bichronous model.

It aims to develop participants’ leadership knowledge, skills, and confidence through interactive activities and practical exercises, preparing them to lead teams effectively and make a positive impact.

The course consists of six instructional modules, each incorporating Self-Guided Learning, an online classroom session and a formative assessment (referred to in the course as the “graded end-of-module assessment”) articulated as follows:

(3) Situational leadership: How flexibility leads to success 

(4) What Leaders do: Key roles and responsibilities 

(5) Communication and influence as a leader 

(6) How leaders can make better decisions

Qu’allez-vous apprendre ?

  • Define leadership and explain its importance for organisational success.
