The three-day training programme introduces participants to legal migration pathways, with a focus on labour and education. Through six thematic sessions using presentations, discussions, and real-world case studies, it provides practical knowledge and tools to help participants understand and apply these pathways and contribute to better migration policies and practices.

  • Describe key trends in student and training mobility, and the role of qualification recognition and post-study opportunities in shaping legal pathways.
  • Explain circular migration as a legal pathway and identify mechanisms for return and reintegration.
  • Apply key concepts related to labour migration pathways, schemes, agreements, and recruitment practices in structured and guided professional contexts.
  • Support stakeholders in identifying policy approaches relevant to labour migration, student mobility, and talent attraction.
