🚨 In times of uncertainty, preparedness is key. On 30 June to 4 July 2025, the third edition of the Award in Crisis Management Essentials brought together professionals for a hands-on training in Tunis 🇹🇳, marking @MCP Med TI’s commitment to further strengthen regional ability to respond to complex migration-related crises and priorities.
📚 Conducted within the framework of the Regional Migration Governance Programme (RMGP), this accredited training was implemented as a joint activity in cooperation with the Support to Cross-Border Cooperation and Integrated Border Management in North Africa (CBC IBM NA – CCSO NEKRIF) project and the Netherlands Assistance to Lebanese Border Agencies – Phase V (NL IBM V) project.
🤝 The course brought together 13 participants from Tunisia 🇹🇳 and Jordan 🇯🇴, representing key institutions including the Ministries of Interior and Ministry of Finance.
👥 Over five days, trainees:
🔹 Enhanced their understanding of risk assessments and crisis management frameworks
🔹 Learned how to develop and implement crisis management plans
🔹 Explored types of crises and applied crisis communication in public relations
